Recipe: Duck Egg Brownies




Below is a family favorite recipe for home made brownies using duck eggs. As many of you know the use of duck eggs vs chicken eggs, adds a richer texture and more flavor to your baked goods. Grab some ducks eggs and enjoy this delicious treat!


Ooey Gooey Duck Egg Brownies

Ingredients:

2 Wild Child Farms duck eggs

2 C Sugar

¾ C Oil

¾ C unsweetened Cocoa Powder

2 tsp Vanilla Extract

½ tsp Salt

1-1/2 tsp Baking Powder

1-1/3 C Flour


Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Whisk eggs and sugar together. Add oil and cocoa powder, mix well. Stir in vanilla, salt, baking powder, and flour. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 pan at 350F for 20-25 minutes. Check that the brownies are done by sticking a toothpick or skewer in the center of the brownies. Brownies are done when toothpick or skewer comes out clean.
